Local Delivery Info
Our local delivery area is 20 mile radius, if you have a local delivery need that is just outside this area please call us to check schedule and we will try to accomodate. All of our floral arrangements, cupcakes and balloons are for local delivery only. If you would like to order flowers for out of this area please call us and we will coordinate your order with a florist in that location.
All floral delivery orders must be received at Fresh by noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
Saturday deliveries are accepted Monday-Friday but no same day Saturday deliveries.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
Substitutions
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to any US address. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to destinations due to weather conditions(ie Chocolates are difficult to ship when tempatures are very high). Local Deliveries do not apply.
We have a flat rate shipping/delivery charge of $7.95 per order. Shipments outside of our local delivery area will be shipped via Priority Mail and will ship within 1 business day of order. The delivery should reach their destination in 2-3 days.
